1. Introduction
By downloading or using the Prio application ("the Application"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the Application. You are not allowed to copy or modify the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks in any way. In these terms, "the Developer" refers to the individual or entity that publishes Prio on the app stores.
2. License Grant
Prio is sold as a one-time purchase (Lifetime License). Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these terms. This license is for personal use on your own devices. If you obtained the Application through the Mac App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
3. Payments and Refunds
Prio is available through the Mac App Store and the Microsoft Store. Payments, taxes, and refunds are handled by the store where you purchased the Application, under that store's own terms and policies. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact the store where you bought Prio (for the Mac App Store, through Apple's "Report a Problem" page; for the Microsoft Store, through Microsoft's support).
4. Intellectual Property
The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Developer. However, all data entered into the Application (tasks, projects, calendar events) remains your sole property and is stored locally on your device.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Developer explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
