1. Data Collection
Prio is a local-first application. We do not store, process, or transmit your tasks, calendar events, or project data to any external servers. All your data remains strictly on your device locally, unless you choose to enable the optional folder sync described in section 4.
2. Purchases
If you buy Prio through the Mac App Store, the purchase is processed entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. If you buy Prio through the Microsoft Store, the purchase is processed entirely by Microsoft and is subject to Microsoft's privacy policy. We do not receive your payment information and we do not have access to your credit card or billing details.
3. Application Updates
Prio does not collect any data to check for updates. Versions downloaded from the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store are updated through those stores.
4. Optional Folder Sync
Prio can optionally sync your data through a folder that you choose on your computer, for example a folder managed by a cloud storage service. If you enable this, your data file is stored in that folder and handled by that service under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not have access to that folder or its contents.
